With the help of the Automated Order Management system by Vyas, sales orders can be created automatically in the system from an email attachment. We have designed a solution to read the order details sent by the customer in a pdf attachment over an email and create an order automatically in the system based on the information provided.
If the information provided by the customer is not correct, an automatic email is sent to the responsible sales rep stating the line-wise issues.
